Visit the Boutique Cellar

Dear wine lovers, explore our unique wine selection.
This week we return to visit the Boutique Cellar, our talented and passionate team along the vineyards right before the lands bloom again. The winery has 154 years of history and 4 family generations of enologists, our winery is the oldest in the D.O Jumilla region. 

Our Robiza moon grows in calcareous and stony soil, perfect for the red blend maturation of Syrah and Monastrell. The vines are Monastrell vineyards, the autochthonous grape of the region which are 60 years old.

Our red wine undergoes fermentation in the ancient and artisanal way, in concrete tanks, and then matures in French & American oak barrels for 9 months.

Next, we visit Montealegre, where the Sauvignon Blanc cultivates for our white and rosé wines in shady and high areas of 900 meters to achieve the ideal acidity. We keep the wine in tanks with the fine lees for 30 days to obtain a greater volume in the mouth. 

We are proud to say that the wines have been recognized with multiple awards and gold medals. The cellar has a long history and respects the tradition and value of the terroir. The team is highly qualified and every year we invest a large amount of resources to innovate our techniques and use state-of-the-art machinery and practices.
